Professional Measurement, Preparation and Installation

Duke Stone provides professional stone worktop templating across Cornwall for kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke interiors. Our team records precise site measurements, sink and hob cut-outs, joins, upstands and edge details before fabrication in our workshop.

A successful templating appointment gives us the information required to manufacture and install your stone surfaces accurately. Use the checklist below to prepare your space and avoid delays, then learn more about our stone worktop installation process.

How to Prepare for Stone Worktop Templating

Your kitchen or area must be fully prepared and ready for templating.

Sinks & Taps (Important)

  • Undermount and Belfast sinks must be in position at the time of templating

  • Sink positioning must be final and correctly aligned
  • Taps should be available on site and final positions confirmed prior to templating
